Crust 1/2 C pecan shortbread cook crumbs mix together the dry ingurdience 1 C flour cut in the lard until the size of a pea. 1/2 tsp salt add cold water 1 Tbsp @ a time until dough 1/2 C lard comes together to form a ball. Chill. 4 to 6 Tbsp cold water. Roll out and place into a 9” pie plate Filling 2-Lg Eggs 1C Dark brown sugar Mix together and pour into pie crust. 1Tbsp Vanilla Bake @ 425* for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 375* 2Tbsp Corn starch bake another 30 to 40 minutes until set. 1 1/2 C Chopped Pecans pralines let cool completely before serving 1/2 C sweet cream 8 - Servings.
