Sour Cream Mixture 1 1/2 C Sour Cream 1/4 C Sugar 2 TBSP Cinnamon Combine and set aside until later. Raisin Prep 2 C California Raisins 1 C Sugar 1/4 C Water Combine and cook over Medium heat until softened. Let cool. Pie Crust 1 1/2 C Flour 2 TSP Sugar 1/2 TSP Salt 2 TBSP Milk 1/2 C Lard Some cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling on crust Directions: Take the cooled raisins and pour into the sour cream mixture. Fold together. Pour the mixture into your 9” pie shell, smoothing out evenly. Place the 9” top crust on the pie. Seal edges, sprinkle with some cinnamon and sugar. Bake in oven at 375 for 50-60 minutes. The crust should be a nice light brown color. Let cool before cutting. Serves 8
