Bumbleberry Pie
Pie Crust: (Makes 2 single crusts)
1 Cup: Butter flavored shortening
3 Tablespoons: Sugar
2 Cups: Flour
1/2 Cup: Cold water
Mix shortening, flour, and sugar until it forms pea size balls add your water and mix into a dough ball. Roll out and place one crust in pie dish.
Bumbleberry Filling:
1 Cup:Black Raspberries
1 Cup: Red Raspberries
1 Cup: Rhubarb
2 Cups: Apples
1/3 Cup: Flour
1 1/3 Cup: Sugar
4 Tablespoons: Butter
Mix all fruit into a bowl add sugar and mix that then add flour to thicken. Add your butter and mix again then pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
