2013 APC Crisco® National Pie Championships®

   Andrea Spring, Bradenton, FL, (pictured) is the winner of the 2013 APC Crisco National Pie Championships Professional Division Best of Show.  Andrea won with her Peanut Butter and Cracker Pie.

  Amy Freeze, Avon Park, FL is the winner of the 2013 APC Crisco National Pie Championships Amateur Division Best of Show.  She won with her Sittin' On a Sandbar Key Lime Pie!!

Both of these winners received checks for $5000 and a spot in the World Championships of Food Competition in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Congratulations!

The 2013 APC Crisco National Pie Championships took place at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, FL. Amateur pie makers, professional bakers/chefs & commercial pie companies from around the country & Canada have been competing at the NPC since 1995. The APC has created a standard of quality in pie making on all levels. We have a well-established record in the pie-judging field for both amateur bakers, professional and commercial bakers alike. Our commercial members have shown that winning an APC award can substantially increase sales and market share in that category and the competition gets tougher each year.

Beautiful Emile Henry pie dishes are the "Official Pie Dish" of the American Pie Council. We are pleased to say that all entrants received one Emile Henry pie dish at registration.
