Chocolate Cherry Cream Cheese Brownie Pie

Chocolate Cherry Cream Cheese Brownie

Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup Crisco
½ cup water
Pinch salt
2 tablespoons sugar
Knead flour, sugar, Crisco, salt together then add water. This makes enough for two crusts. Form a dough ball and separate half of it. Roll a piece of dough out and press into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
Filling:
Layer 1
1 Box chewy brownie mix
Follow instructions for brownies divide into 3 different 9 inch pie pans. Bake on 350 degrees for 20 min. let cool then take only 1 pan of brownie and push into pie crust.
Layer2
1 8oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
Combine ingredients and pour over brownie.
Layer 3
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup whipped heavy cream
Combine chips, cream and butter and melt on stove. Let cool then add whipped heavy cream and mix together. Pour over cream cheese layer.
Layer 4
1 can Comstock cherry pie filling
Pour pie filling over top of pie. Let chill for 1 hour before serving. Optional take some of pie filling gel and add 1 cup whipped cream and mix. Use that to pipe decoration around pie crust.
