Banana Strawberry Sundae Pie

Pie Crust:

1 Package vanilla Oreos
½ cup butter

Place the cookies in the blender and blend on high speed until finely crushed. Melt the butter in the microwave on high approximately 1 minute. Slowly pour the melted butter into the cookie crumbs while tossing until blended. Lightly spray pie plate with oil. Press into a 9” deep dish pie plate. Place in freezer to set.

Bottom Layer:
2 3 1/8 oz instant banana pudding
3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Bananas sliced

Pour whipping cream in a mixing bowl, add instant pudding. Beat until well blended and light and fluffy. Fold in the sliced bananas. Place the pudding mixture on the pie shell and cool until set.

Next Layer:
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
8 oz can 7-Up
1 tsp lemon juice
3 oz box strawberry jello
1 pint strawberries sliced

Combine sugar, corn starch and 7-Up in a small sauce pan. Heat stirring constantly until mixture becomes clear and thickens. Stir in strawberry jello and lemon juice. Cool. Clean strawberries and slice. Fold the sliced strawberries in to the strawberry jello mixture and place on top of the set banana filling until the filling is covered. Cool.

Top Layer:
Pour magic shell over the set strawberries and garnish as desired.
