100% Fresh Squeezed True Key Lime Pie

½ cup graham crackers, finely crushed
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted sweet cream butter, melted
Mix all ingredients together. Press into a 9” standard aluminum pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cool.
Filling
6 oz. fresh squeezed true key lime juice
2 cups sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
Stir together the sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks. Add the key lime juice, mix until well blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Garnish
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Whip cold and decorate Key Lime Pie
