Muddy Buddy Pie

Crust & Garnish
9 cups Crispix cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup powdered sugar

Place the cereal in a large bowl. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chips, peanut butter and butter and microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. Stir and add vanilla. Pour over the cereal and toss to coat. Remove 4 cups and chop until fine. Spray a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray. Press into the bottom and up sides of the pie dish. Chill in freezer while preparing remainder of pie. Place the remaining cereal in a bag and toss with ½ cup powdered sugar. Set aside.

2 Tbsp. heavy cream
½ cup milk chocolate chips
1 8-oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream, beaten until soft peaks

Microwave the 2 Tbsp. cream and chips until just melted. Cool. In a large mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until well blended. Beat in cooled chocolate and then fold in whipped cream. Spread into prepared crust.

½ cup milk chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. peanut butter, melted
Sugar coated cereal mixture

Microwave the cream and chocolate chips until melted; stir to blend. Pour over top of pie to within ½ inch of edge. Drizzle melted peanut butter over top of chocolate and swirl with a knife. Decorate edge of pie with pieces of cereal mixture. Chill until set.
