Romance Pie

Crust
3 c Chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
½ c butter, melted
2-3 Tbl sugar
Crush cookies in food processor, grinding into crumbs. Transfer crumbs to lg mixing bowl, add butter and sugar, toss with fork. Pour into pie dish and press into bottom and up sides. Bake for 15 mins. Let cool.

Filling
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Pint of fresh Florida Strawberries divided
In Chocolate cookie crust, place ¾ of strawberries cut in half, cut side down.
In a heavy saucepan, combine marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, butter, unsweetened chocolate and coffee; cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Cool. Fold in whipped cream; pour into crust on top of cut strawberries.
Refrigerate pie for at least one hour. Garnish with remaining strawberries, whipped cream and melted chocolate.
