Happy Hour Strawberry Rose
Crust
1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Stir together above ingredients. Press evenly onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake pie crust in 350°F oven for 8 minutes. Remove to wire rack and cool completely before filling
Filling
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package strawberry crème instant pudding mix
¼ cup Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream Liqueur
3 cups chopped fresh strawberries
3 T strawberry preserves
Beat cream cheese, milk, and powdered sugar at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Add pudding mix and strawberry liqueur. Continue beating until blended. Spread half of mixture evenly in prepared crust. Stir together chopped strawberries and preserves. Spread evenly over strawberry crème layer. Spread remaining strawberry crème evenly over strawberry layer.
Topping
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 T Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream
Beat above ingredients together with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Pipe around edge of pie. Garnish as desired. Serves 8
