Crumbling Cherry Pie

Crust:

Crust
¾ cup butter flavored Crisco
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
5 Tbsp cold water
Cut Crisco, flour and sugar together add cold water and toss until dough forms a ball. Refrigerate overnight.
Filling
4 cups tart cherries
1 cup red raspberries
3 tbsp tapioca
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice
Combine and pour into pie shell
Crumb Topping
¾ cup sugar
½ cup flour
¼ cup butter cubed
Cut in butter until pea size crumbles. Spread over cherry mix and bake at 350 for 1-1 ½ hours.
