Amazing Peanut Butter Experience Pie

Crust:
Amazing Peanut Butter Experience

Crust:
24 Nutter Butter cookies, finely chopped
5 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
3 Tablespoons sugar

Pulsate in a food processor until a nice dough is formed. Press into a crust and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes till set.

Truffles:
1-8 ounce pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup peanut butter
24 nutter butters, pulverized
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Form into small balls and dip in:
12 oz peanut butter chips
1 Tablespoon oil
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
Melt together and dip truffles in peanut butter chip mix.
Garnish with a mini nutter butter and top with roasted peanuts.
Set truffes aside

Filling:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup marshmallow cream
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon gelatin, softened

Beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Whip cream and add gelatin. Fold into filling and fill in cooled pie crust.

Ganache:
6.5 ounces chocolate chips
6.5 ounces heavy whipping cream
2 Teaspoons of corn syrup
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter


Pour Ganache over top, using a sieve onto cooled filling. Garnish with truffles.
