Sour Cream Raisin Crunch

Crust
¾ cup buttered flavored Crisco
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons sugar
5 tbsp cold water

Filling
1 ½ cup white raisins
1 ½ cup dark raisins
1 ½ cup sour cream
3 egg whites
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs flour
Boil raisins until plump, let cool. Add remaining ingredients, mix and pour into baked pie shell.
Topping
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick softened butter
Combine and spread evenly over raisin mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
