Avocado Dream Pie

Crust:
1/3 cup crushed almonds
1 1/4 Pillsbury flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
2 egg yolks beaten- divided
Mix almonds, sugar,salt,flour,and Butter Flavor Crisco with a pastry blender until pea sized morsels form. Add 1 beaten egg yolk until crust comes together. Pat into a 9 inch pan. Prick well with fork and bake in a 400 oven for 18-22 min. Once crust is done brush with remaining egg yolk and put back in the oven for 1-2 minutes. This will glaze the crust.
Once crust is out of the oven, reduce the heat to 325.

Filling:
2 mashed and puréed avocados in a separate bowl.
In a large mixing bowl beat together
12 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
Beat until nice and fluffy
Then add 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
4 oz Creme Fraiche
Puréed avocado
Mix above till smooth
Put in prepared pan bake at 325 for 45-55 minutes.
Let cool for an hour then layer topping.

Topping
1 jar Smuckers strawberry jam
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Place above in a small pot and place over medium heat. Cook until nice and thick. Cool slightly then spread over pie.
1 Starfruit sliced
2 Kiwi sliced
Mandarin orange slices
Decorate pie with cut up fruit.
Chill 5 hours or overnight
