Press into bottom and sides of pie plate. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool before filling. FILLING 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup Nellie Joe’s key lime juice 2 cups heavy whipping cream 3 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp lime zest 1 Lindt white chocolate coconut bar Melt Lindt chocolate bar and brush the sides and bottom of the graham cracker crust before filling. Keep everything cold. Whip condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until mixture gets very thick. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream and 3 Tbsp sugar until very stiff. Fold 1 1/2 cups of the stiff whip topping into the key lime filling, mixing well. Spoon filling into cooled graham cracker crust. Garnish with the remaining whip topping. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before cutting.
