PEANUT BUTTER S'MORES PIE 2012 Amateur Peanut Butter CRUST 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs 2 Tbsp sugar 6 Tbsp butter, melted 1/2 cup chopped miniature peanut butter cups Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a medium bowl; stir to combine. Press onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups. Set aside and cool completely. FILLING 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup heavy cream, stiffly beaten 1 cup Kraft chocolate covered miniature marshmallows In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Beat in peanut butter. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in marshmallows. Spoon filling into prepared crust. . TOPPING 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter 1/3 cup heavy cream Additional chocolate covered mini marshmallows 1/3 cup chopped miniature peanut butter cups Chocolate graham crackers 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter Sweetened whipped cream In a saucepan, heat the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and cream over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Pour over top of pie, spreading evenly. Scatter marshmallows, peanut butter cups, and broken pieces of chocolate graham crackers over top. Drizzle with peanut butter that has been briefly melted in microwave. Decorate edge of pie with sweetened whipped cream.
