Sometimes You Feel Like a Nut Pie 2012 Professional Nut CRUST 12 peanut butter sandwich creme cookies 1/4 cup granulated sugar 6 Tablespoons butter, melted In a food processor, grind the peanut butter sandwich creme cookies until fine crumbs are formed. Add in melted butter and sugar and process until blended. The mixture will resemble wet sand. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray FILLING 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread 1/4 cup chocolate-covered peanuts, chopped 8 oz cream cheese small jar marshmallow fluff 1 cup peanut butter 2 cups whipped cream chopped nuts, chocolate spread, and whipped cream for garnish For the filling, blend the cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and peanut butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Add in the whipped cream and mix with an electric mixer until blended. Place 1/2 of filling in crust. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread over filling and sprinkle with chopped chocolate covered peanuts. Spread remaining filling over chocolate spread and nuts. Garnish with additional chopped nuts, chocolate spread and whipped cream.
