Creamy Pineapple Pistachio Pie

CRUST

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup finely chopped pistachios

In large bowl, beat flour and margarine with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Continue beating on high speed until creamy. Stir in chopped pistachios. Press mixture evenly onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie dish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 400 degree oven or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely before filling.
