Preheat oven 350
Bake 10 minutes

Vanilla Wafer Crumb Crust
2 1/2 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs crushed fine
1/2 cup of butter flavored Crisco
Pressed into pie plate and baked at 350 for 10 minutes
Chill until ready to fill.
Whip Topping-
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
Whip on medium speed in a cold mixing bowl until stiff set aside
Cream filling layer
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese ( softened)
1/3 cup of confectionary sugar
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup of whip topping
Beat cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla on medium speed until smooth. Add 1 cup of whipped -whip topping continue to whip until very thick and smooth.
In bottom of chilled vanilla wafer cookie crust add a layer of cream filling and put back in refrigerator to set while preparing blueberry filling.
Blueberry filling
5 cups of fresh blueberries
3/4 cup of water
3/4 cup of sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
In heavy sauce pan on medium heat mix water, corn starch, flour sugar, salt ,cinnamon until mixture starts to thicken add lemon juice and continue to stir adding blue berries to the hot thick mixture. Remove from heat allow to cool when cool spoon on top of cream cheese layer. Pile high for added appeal. Garnish with whip topping and blueberries. Optional: Vanilla wafer cookie crumbs/also frosted sugar blueberries can be added to the edges or top for that royal look of diamonds and sapphires. Chill several hours before slicing
