CRUST 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/3 cup crushed vanilla wafers 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 cup Crisco Shortening 5 to 6 tablespoons cold water Combine flour, wafers and sugar in large bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until pea size pieces form. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time tossing with a fork until dough ball forms. On lightly floured surface roll to fit 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Flute edges, prick bottom and sides. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for at least 1 hour before filling.
