Raisin Catagory California Raisin Harvest Andrea Spring California Raisin Harvest Crust 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and ground fine 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup plus 1 T butter, melted 4 T light brown sugar Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Press crumbs into a sprayed 10 inch pie pan. When oven is hot, bake crust for 5 minutes. Remove and cool. Filling 1 1 egg 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup dark corn syrup 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped 1/2 cup dark raisins Mix ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly set. Chill. Filling 2 4 oz cream cheese, room temp 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 cup golden raisins 1/8 teas. ground ginger 1/8 teas. ground nutmeg 1/2 teas. ground cinnamon 8 oz whipped topping Whip cream cheese and sugar well. Add pumpkin, mix well. Add raisins and spices. Mix well. Add whipped topping and fold in until blended. Spoon on top of cooled dark raisin layer. Chill well. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts and raisins.
