Buckeye Layered Peanut Butter Pie

Buckeye Layered Peanut Butter Pie - Enters, Professional - Peanut Butter
Use large pie pan with high sides
Crust:
18 Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Cookies, crushed
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
Combine and press into a pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees

Bottom layer Filling:
8 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup Richs whipped topping, prepared
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Next layer Filling:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup Richs whipped topping, prepared
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Top layer;

Ganache topping
12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tablespoons butter, cubed small
2 Tablespoons corn syrup
Heat heavy whipping cream and add chocolate chips, stir carefully to melt chocolate until completely blended. Add butter and allow to melt, finally add corn syrup and let cool before pouring over chocolate filling.

Buckeye recipe:
1 cup cream peanut butter
4 oz plus 3 tablespoons of softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup ground graham crackers
Blend together, form balls and dip in chocolate

Peanut Butter Whipped Topping:
3 cups Richs Whipped topping,
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter,
blended and folded in well. Pipe on edges of pie and one dollop on the center.

Assembly:
Make crust, make fillings and buckeyes, Layer fillings, garnish with peanut butter whipped topping and buckeyes.
